99% of you have filled out your surveys and so just about everyone has gotten their rewards! Thank you all so much!! If you still haven't filled out your survey, don't worry! You can still do it. I check Backerkit periodically to see if anyone new has entered their details. 

If you did fill out your Backerkit survey but haven't received your package, please get in touch. I've sent everything out, but some rewards have had trouble making it through the mailing system. I want to make sure everyone gets what they ordered!

If you haven't gotten any emails from Backerkit and are waiting on your items, please message me! I can send you a direct link to the survey to make sure everything gets sorted out.

The only reward that hasn't been send out is the photobook! I am still refining it. I want it to be perfect! It is absolutely a much bigger project than I thought it would be 😂 If you are someone who is due to receive a photobook, I will be double checking everyone's mailing addresses soon as I want to send a little surprise, to thank you all for your patience. It will be very naughty and fun 😈 

Thank you all so much for your support! This project was such a dream. Jen and I are planning on doing another comic sometime in 2022; this next one will be a much more ambitious project. We are planning on doing another Kickstarter and will keep you up to date when we are ready to launch 💕

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://adventures-of-liara-roux.backerkit.com/.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. I just sent out the smoke test surveys via BackerKit. That means 5% of you will be receiving a survey to fill out. Doing a limited amount at first will make sure we can catch any issues. Please check your email inbox, but if you don't see anything, don't be alarmed. I will post another update when the survey is ready for prime time.  ✨

Comics Have Arrived!!

The comics have finally arrived! There were some COVID-19 delays from the printer (as expected) but they are here! They look great.

I've weighed them and calculated all the international shipping charges. I tried to get it as low as possible! Backerkit is going through all the information I prepared. After they give the OK, surveys will be sent out! Keep an eye out in your email inbox. I will message everyone once the surveys are sent out as well. Digital rewards can be collected via the survey. I tested it out, but please let me know if you have any struggles with it. I'm sure bugs will come up and it's very important to me that everyone gets their rewards!

For those of you in the continental US, there will be no extra charges unless you decide to get some add-ons. Just fill out your latest shipping address! For international backers, it will calculate the lowest shipping rate to your country. You can pay by credit card -  please reach out if you run into any issues!

After your shipping info and payment is taken care of, I will begin to send out packages. All comics will be packaged using Gemini Mailers and sent via First Class mail. I will definitely keep you up to date throughout the process!

Thank you so much for your patience and your excitement! COVID has everything a little bit slower than usual, but luckily nothing has been too out of wack so far. I can't wait for you to get your comics!!
